Join us for an in person, 8-week Strength Training Program.

We will meet 1-3 times a week, depending on your enrolment. These strength training days are focused to help you  train efficiently and effectively.

During my 15 years of being a Medical Office Assistant, I took education courses in health studies, which guided me into my passion for helping others in health and fitness. Weight training is a preventative care measure that can help you live a healthier and stronger life.

I earned my certification as an Elite Trainer, I have been active in the gym for over 20 years and now enjoy teaching others how to utilize training techniques for targeting muscle groups or teaching new members how to use the equipment and lift weights properly & effectively.

Designing the perfect program takes time, patience, and carefully constructed considerations toward your unique physiology. I study physiology-based techniques to help build your fitness foundation to help optimize athletic performance.

My ideal coaching client would utilize both Fitness & Nutrition services, but I am happy to accommodate them separately. We would discuss and implement your game plan after our initial consultation.

Protein is the source for building muscle. Are you getting enough?

I can guide you toward making smarter food choices and how to calculate macro's to support your goals. 

What are supplements? Dietary supplements are products intended to add nutrients—such as vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids, or enzymes—to the diet. They are used to improve or maintain health, bridge nutritional gaps, or treat specific deficiencies. They are not intended to replace a balanced diet. 

Let's discuss some options that can help you enhance your body's physiology. 

Macro's: Macronutrients; a term used to describe the nutrients your body needs in large amounts, specifically carbohydrates, fat, and protein.
