During my 15 years of being a Medical Office Assistant, I took education courses in health studies, which guided me into my passion for helping others in health and fitness. Weight training is a preventative care measure that can help you live a healthier and stronger life.
I earned my certification as an Elite Trainer, I have been active in the gym for over 15 years and now enjoy showing others how to utilize training techniques for targeting muscle groups or teaching new members how to use the equipment and lift weights properly & effectively.
